So when I found out about the Elle Magazine and Blackberry style reporter search my day had been ruined ,see not because of the wonderful opportunity that it would present and not mentioning life changing...But I guess it was ruined as I knew I had no more excuses .Here was a great platform that seems like Zeus himself had handed to me , no more were we gonna cry on a lack of oppotunities for us new age Fashion writers. I read up that I had to interpret a trend in my own way I knew it all had to be about " DENIM" particularly the legendary denim shirt.See this legendary fabric that dates back to around 1873 when Levi's Strauss & Co. made it for miners. It' s durability and reliance saw it over the years become a favourite so it soon slithered its way to becoming a fashion staple .Designers such as D&G,Chloe,Baby Phat, Calvin Klein soon made this fabric a fashion must-have .As young as I am I stilll can see a young Brooke Sheild comanding that " nothing will come between her and her Calvins" . Trailing the streets of Durban these are two of my favourite ways that they were worn ...Be it if you are quirky and bursting with personality or just plain glam .The denim shirt is far from being a bore.

Was so thrilled when I bumped into Nomfundo ,22 whilst on a coffee hunt on campus that i had to snap this outfit ,The gold choker made love to my eyes and the shirt ....
